ELCO, short for EL COLEGIO is the leading provider of Spanish language courses in Oxford. Since 2006 we have helped hundreds of people to learn and improve their Spanish. We are as passionate as ever about promoting the language of Cervantes and all it’s Latin-American variations. We are committed to making learning as enjoyable and easy for everyone as possible.
Easy
Alongside our daily one-to-one teaching, we offer evening courses in Spanish. The classes are taught by six native speaking qualified teachers. The tutors rotate weekly between groups in order to provide students with a higher exposure to different accents, vocabulary, and ways of learning. This unique and innovative technique enables the students to become familiar with both peninsular (mainland Spain) and Latin-American Spanish, as our teachers come from a variety of different regions.

At OTC, we strive to provide value for money. That means not only do we offer competitive prices, but courses we are happy to put our name to. The OTC Spanish Course Outlines provide a learning framework for the ELCO Language Evening Courses. They are designed to supply you with a good idea of what you might cover over a 10-week period, and include typical themes, grammar and vocabulary fields. They are flexible rather than prescriptive, in that our teachers may decide to adapt their learning plans to specific levels, aims and interests of their classes.
